Hi there, what can we do for you? To make an appointment by phone, or for customer service please call 020 7580 0217 or leave us a message below.

We respect our clients' time and we want each client to get the service at its best.

For that reason we had issued cancellation and delay policy. Please have a read:

Cancellations. To secure your appointment a non refundable deposit (50% of the value of the treatment(s) that booked) for first time clients will be required at the time of booking. Please give at least 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel an appointment. Failure to give at least 24hrs notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Clients who have previously missed 2 or more appointments will be asked to pay in full when booking for a treatment. Please note that deposits are non refundable and it is valid only that appointment what you booked.

Delays. Please note if you are in more than 15 minutes late it may not possible to do the whole treatment what you booked originally. We can do a shorter treatment or we can reschedule your treatment. If we need to reschedule your appointment we have to charge the 50% of the value of your treatment what you booked.
