To ensure the best possible experience for all of our clients, we kindly ask that you notify the salon at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your time slot to other clients who may be on a waiting list.

Failure to cancel or reschedule within 48 hours, or not attending your appointment without notice, will result in a 100% cancellation fee. The full amount of the scheduled service will be charged.
