Important information about COVID-19

Our salon will remain open as usual unless the situation changes. We are taking actions to maintain the safety of our clients – we use hand sanitiser ourselves and make sure all our clients use it while arriving and leaving our salon. We take extra care cleaning our tools, capes, furniture, surfaces and toilet room with anti-bacterial cleaner throughout the day and don't serve more than 2-3 people at once.

Until the beginning of April, we will be also offering mobile services. We'll are able to offer haircuts, hair colouring and manicure services at the comfort of your own home in London zones 1-2. Cancellation policy

We respect our clients' time and we want each client to get the service at its best.

For that reason we had issued cancellation and delay policy. Please have a read:

To secure your appointment a non-refundable deposit (50% of the value of the treatment(s) that booked) for the first time clients will be required at the time of booking. Please give at least 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel an appointment. Failure to give at least 24hrs notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Clients who have previously missed 2 or more appointments will be asked to pay in full when booking for a treatment. Please note that deposits are non-refundable and it is valid only that appointment what you booked.

Please note if you are in more than 15 minutes late it may not possible to do the whole treatment what you booked originally. We can do a shorter treatment or we can reschedule your treatment. If we need to reschedule your appointment we have to charge 50% of the value of your treatment what you booked.
